Please be sure to read the following information before redeeming the award, thank you!
- Each company will receive points based on its half-yearly flown revenue. Points with one-year validity will be awarded directly to corporate member accounts every January and July. Corporate members cannot combine points earned in different periods for redemption.
- Awards of Class Upgrade, Award Ticket can be assigned to any Dynasty member. After finishing award redemption, please go to “Award user setup” page for further handling.
- Upgrade awards can only be used on eligible ticket. For more information, please click here.

Redemption
- Award tickets can be used both on China Airlines or Mandarin Airlines international scheduled flights and the AE domestic flights; but award tickets cannot be used on charter flights, code-shared flights.
- When using award tickets, member can issue international award tickets operated by CI and AE within one award number. AE’s domestic award ticket should be redeemed and issued separately from the international flight tickets.
- Free award tickets must be issued prior to departure and are valid for one year from the date of issuance. All travel must be completed within the validity period in sequence; unused tickets after this period will be considered expired.
- Once the award ticket has been issued, the name of the ticket holder may not be changed and not allowed to refund points. Award tickets may be used to travel from the original point of departure to the destination or to a turnaround point and then back to point of origin, but no further travel is permitted (no back tracking).
- Wholly unused award tickets may be rerouted within the same redemption standard. Any rerouting of a free award ticket is not permitted after commencement of the journey. China Airlines will not refund points for the unused portions of the award ticket.
- CRP members with award tickets should make reservations directly with China Airlines ‘or Mandarin Airlines’ Reservations Office and inform the reservations personnel by using award tickets and the proper booking code (Business Class: O, Economy Class: X, Premium Economy Class: Z). Otherwise, China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines shall request passengers to purchase tickets for the flight.
- China Airlines shall not be responsible for the replacement of any missing or expired free award tickets.
- An award ticket does not include free accommodation (Day Use and STPC) during flight transfer.

- To use with upgrade award, CRP members should book applicable class (Business Class: I, Premium Economy: P) with appropriate tickets. CRP members should inform the reservation staff the upgrade award number and user’s DFP membership number.
- The corporate member should have an applicable award number and input the DFP membership number of the award user. The airport will not accept class upgrade request if corporate member does not complete related upgrade procedure.
- Discounted tickets (AD, ID, DG, SC, BP, CG, etc.) barter, infant, labor or free tickets are not eligible for class upgrade.
- Upgrade awards can only be used on eligible ticket. For more information, please click here.
- The DFP membership number of the award user must be assigned before entering upgrade award into booking record.
- Class upgrade awards can only be used on China Airlines or Mandarin Airlines self-operation and scheduled international flights. Code-sharing flights are not applicable.
- Airport does not accept any upgrade request without any confirmed booking.

A. When you take China Airlines or Mandarin Airlines self-operated international flights with tickets issued by China Airlines (297) or Mandarin Airlines (803), you could link the Corporate Courtesy Service Code to your flight to get digital certificate via China Airlines Mobile App to enjoy your Corporate Flyer Service.
- Baggage drop off at Gold member counter when check-in online or by self-check-in Kiosk.
- Priority baggage handling
- Access to China Airlines airport VIP lounges when traveling on self-operated international flights of China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines
- Priority boarding and in-flight duty-free discount equivalent with that of Gold members (excluding cigarette and some selective items)

- The ticket fare deduction can only be used for China Airlines/Mandarin Airlines' self-operated international flights, and the itinerary cannot include other airlines' segments.
- Discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and resale is prohibited.
- Discount coupon is only applicable for ticket issuance in Taiwan, and not applicable for airport taxes, chartered flight tickets, group tickets, children tickets, infant tickets, discount ticket (e.g. AD75), no show fee or ancillary service (e.g. excess baggage fee and seat selection fee).
- When applying for a refund for a ticket whose fare is deducted by a discount coupon, the amount deducted by the discount coupon will not be refunded, and the discount coupon cannot be used anymore.
- The ticket fare deduction by the discount coupon must be handled by travel agency cooperating with the corporate member and the deduction operation cannot be carried out at airport counters.
- Fare deduction is limited to only one discount coupon for each ticket, and the deducted amount cannot be higher than the ticket fare.
- After your corporate's point is redeemed, China Airlines' sale representative in charge of your company will issue discount coupon, and it will be offered to corporate's contact person. Please use the coupon within its validity, and provide it to your travel agency to deduct ticket fare upon ticket purchase.
- Discount coupons of TWD2,000 and TWD4,000 are valid for one year after issuance, and cannot be used anymore after expiration date.
- Refund is only applicable for unused coupons, and should be applied at China Airlines ticketing counters (not available at airport counters), and a handling fee of TWD 300 will be collected. After refund is completed, please inform China Airlines' sales representative in charge of your company and the valid points will be returned to your corporate's account.

Redemption Rules The point redemption function is expected to be open to CRP members in mid-August 2019.
- Please log in Corporate Extra and check the type and required points of your award before online redemption.
- Each company will receive points based on its half-yearly flown revenue. Points with one-year validity will be awarded directly to corporate member accounts every January and July. Corporate members cannot combine points earned in different periods for redemption.
- Corporate members may nominate any person to use their award. Selling any award is strictly prohibited. A user of an award must be a member of Dynasty Flyer Program.
- The amount of required award numbers should be calculated per segment, and each segment requires an individual award number. If the itinerary includes a stopover or transfer, points required for cabin upgrade for the whole itinerary must be added together, and then award numbers should be redeemed per each segment.
- To issue an award ticket, please decide which class you would like to fly, and log in Corporate Extra to redeem required points for a corresponding award number. Then, please proceed to ticketing office to issue award tickets with the award number.
- Points redeemed for all awards will be deducted from corporate members' account once an award number is generated. Corporate members can apply for award number cancellation within its validity to regain points.
- Corporate members are responsible for any tax related to the use of award under this program including income tax.
- China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines reserve the right to limit or adjust the amount of passenger traveling with upgrades awards or award ticket subject to the status of booking on each flight.

Note 2 : Precious / Superior Card is valid for two years from the date of issuance. The actual validity period is subject to the validity period specified on the card.
