Please get your Corporate Flyer Service Code from your company.

Link before Flight (Please input the traveler's Dynasty member card number in the itinerary before linking)

  1. Travelers can link their service code to the flight through China Airlines App.
  2. Your company's corporate contact person can link the Service Code to your flight for you via China Airlines Corporate Extra website.
  3. Please link service code 90 minutes prior to the schedule departure time.
  4. Service code must be linked prior to checking in (including online check-in).

Check Your CFS Certificate

Please log in China-Airlines App Dynasty member account, go to【Member Card And Personal Profile】to review your Corporate Flyer Service certificate. Your digital certificate can be saved in offline mode.

You will need to show your Corporate Flyer Service Certificate at the check-in counter in order to enjoy your courtesy service during travel.

  1. Baggage drop off at Gold member counter when check-in online or by self-check-in Kiosk.
  2. Priority baggage handling.
  3. Access to China Airlines airport VIP lounges when traveling on self-operated international flights of China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines.
  4. Priority boarding and in-flight duty-free discount equivalent with that of Gold members (excluding cigarette and some selective items).

(1) Eligibility for the Corporate Flyer Service:

  1. Travelers must be China Airlines Dynasty members with downloaded China Airlines’ App on their mobile devices.
  2. The Corporate Flyer Service is applicable for travelers holding tickets issued by either China Airlines (297) or Mandarin Airlines (803) (not applicable to G class /DM00 tickets), and applies only to China Airlines' and Mandarin Airlines' self-operated flights (code-shared flights operated by other airlines are not applicable).

(2) Corporate Flyer Services amenities:

  1. Baggage drop off at Gold member counter when check-in online or by self-check-in Kiosk.
  2. Priority baggage handling.
  3. Access to China Airlines airport VIP lounges when traveling on self-operated international flights of China Airlines and Mandarin Airlines.

(3) Methods to link Corporate Flyer Service code to your flight: (Please input the traveler's Dynasty member card number in the itinerary before linking)

  1. Travelers can link their service codes to the flight through China Airlines App【My Booking】.
  2. The company’s corporate contact person can link the service code to the flight for travelers via the Corporate platform page.

(4) Instruction for the use of Corporate Flyer Service Code:

  1. Please link service code 90 minutes prior to the schedule departure time.
  2. The validity of service code is based on traveler’s flight date, which means the service code can only be link to a flight on/before the travel date. Example: If the validity of the service code is on/before 30JUN for example, which means the service code can only be linked to a flight on/before 30JUN.
  3. Service code must be linked prior to checking in (including online check-in).
  4. One service code can only be linked to a single sector for Corporate Flyer Service. For example, when flying Taipei-Tokyo-Taipei, a roundtrip itinerary; or Los Angeles-Taipei-Bangkok, a connecting itinerary, you will need two service codes if you would like to enjoy corporate service on both sectors.
  5. Please link all your service codes to the multiple sector flights before check-in, especially if you would like to check in all the way to your final destination.

(5) Flight Changes and Cancellations

  1. Voluntary changes : Please re-link your service code to the latest flight. Go to China-Airlines App->【My Booking】->Go to【Booking Inquiry/Change flight】->Link your service code to the flight->Go to【Member Card And Personal Profile】->Your digital certificate can be saved in offline mode.
  2. Involuntary changes : If your flight change is caused by force majeure factors, please go to【My Booking】->【Booking Inquiry/Change flight】and tap to confirm your new flight. The CFS certificate will be updated automatically.
  3. Voluntary or involuntary flight cancellations : No further action needed. The service code can be used in your next journey as long as the service code is still valid, but is non-transferable.

Note: If the validity of the service code is on/before 30JUN for example, which means the service code can only be linked to a flight on/before 30JUN.

(6) Instruction for the use of Corporate Flyer Service Certificate:

  1. After successfully linking service code to itinerary, please go to your China Airlines App to review your Corporate Flyer Service Certificate which will be saved in offline mode so that certificate can be viewed/used when there is no internet connection.
  2. You will need to show your Corporate Flyer Service Certificate at the check-in counter in order to enjoy your courtesy service during travel.
  3. Corporate Flyer Service Code will be used upon flight departure.
